Muscle Up Your Home: Our Complete and Compact Gym Design
We designed this homemade gym with the idea of having a small, complete, high quality training space with a balance of cardiovascular and muscular equipment.
Some of the equipment are:
- An elliptical XE295 from Spirit with a very good price (mid-market price).
- A beautiful Functional Trainer Mi7 with the Smith Machine from Hoist (quality and commercial durability)
- Finally, we installed an anti-shock absorption mats, an Olympic weight support and a commercial grade multi-position bench from Hoist.
