FIT505 Adjustable FID Bench is a heavy duty Utility FID bench constructed  for your home or garage gym.

The backrest has seven different angled positions for Flat, Incline and Decline positions providing a strong and stable platform to perform all your favorite dumbbell, barbell and body exercises.

Whether you are using the bench alone or in association with a Squat Rack, Functional Trainer, Smith Machine or Power Rack, FIT505 Ultra Adjustable FID Bench can handle your training needs.
