The Bodyguard R-45 Recumbent Bike has an array of comfort and performance features not found on every recumbent bike. The R-45 uses Target Watts Programming which allows the user to set a target output of wattage they wish to constantly achieve. The console will then constantly adjust the resistance as the stroke rate changes so that they always are producing the targeted wattage output.. The R-45 features a 6.5” blue L.C.D. display with a 20 x 13 block profile surrounded by information windows showing the parameters of the exercise under way. There is also a 16 character alphanumeric message center at the bottom of the screen that scrolls information during and after a workout. The console also includes a range of advanced user functions as well as a convenient reading rack/device holder.
