The SF6 features a patented quick-change selectorized Smith Bar, a built-in weight multiplier for up to 350 lbs of resistance, dual 165 lb weight stacks, a frictionless 6-pulley cable system with 30 vertical positions, and an adjustable pull-up station. Built from heavy-duty, commercial-grade steel with a matte black powder-coated finish, it’s everything you need for real strength, every damn day.
