The XM Tactical weighted vest weights 3lbs.

• The 40lbs kit requires 2 x 18.5lbs tactical weight plates (37lbs)
• The 20lbs kit requires 2 x 8.5lbs tactical weight plates (17lbs)
• The 14lbs kit requires 2 x 5.5lbs tactical weight plates (11lbs)
• The 10lbs kit requires 2 x 3.5lbs tactical weight plates (7 lbs)

Those plate are not to be used as body armor.
