HEAVY AND/OR BULKY EQUIPMENT
When purchasing equipment that is too heavy or bulky, we will contact the customer after the purchase to confirm a delivery date by our delivery team, or have the item delivered by specialized carriers with a tailgate. This type of delivery may take between 1 day to 8 days. If you have not had any contact from us, please contact us at 450-975-8786
All deliveries will be made within 72 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday. We work in partnership with several different carriers, such as Fedex, UPS, Canpar, Purolator, to be able to give you the best price. There may be delays if our traffic is increased during busy or summer periods. There may also be delays due to temperature and conditions beyond our control. We do everything in our power to deliver purchases as quickly as possible.
The tracking of orders can be done with a tracking code that will be sent directly to the customer when the package is picked up by the delivery company. Otherwise, it is always possible for the customer to contact our company by email or telephone to receive a tracking code or to request assistance from one of our representatives. DAMAGED ITEMS DUE TO DELIVERY
